Leila had fun appearing as guest star in this episode of the Bill. As pole dancer and credit card fraudster Sonia she faced grilling from the 'police' cast regulars PCs Polly Page (Lisa Geoghan) and Reg Hollis (Jeff Stewart) as they investigate a disturbance at a local lap-dancing club, Polestar and gather complaints of credit card fraud in the area. She gives them a cheeky tongue lashing "I'm all your's Constable Hollis" and is undaunted as she stands up to PC Page "... And you'd better get a life ... or someone to put a smile on your face. Know what I mean". Sonia is evicted from her flat and is later found badly beaten outside a nearby hotel.
Leila was put through rigorous training for the part of Sonia - having to take pole dance lessons and visit strip clubs to learn the ropes. 'The girls were real acrobats' she discovered, 'It's really much harder than it looks and you have to train hard - their dancing is amazing!'
